Chocolate Brownie Mudcake Mix Recipe

How to use


500g choc brownie mix

250ml water

75g pecan or walnut pieces

Combine all ingredients, spread onto a standard greased baking tray, and bake 190C for 30 minutes.


500g choc brownie mix

50g butter/vegetable oil

50g dark choc buttons

200ml hot water

25 ml whiskey (optional)

1. Melt butter & choc in hot water, and stir in whiskey.

2. Add brownie mix and mix well

3. Bake at 160C until baked (approx. 50 mins)

* For a denser mud cake, increase choc and butter to 75g each
